Job Summary

Supporting the Voluntary Benefits Delivery Capability team, the full-time Voluntary Benefits Claims Specialist will manage onboarding, customer administration, and claims processes for voluntary products while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support for onboarding, customer administration, claims, and policyholder services
  • Manage project reporting, system testing, and vendor communication regarding complex claims
  • Monitor vendor metrics and evaluate actions to enhance delivery capability and improve customer experience
Required qualifications
  • High School Graduate or Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Supplemental Health claims preferred
  • Strong communication and partnership skills
