Job Summary
Supporting the Voluntary Benefits Delivery Capability team, the full-time Voluntary Benefits Claims Specialist will manage onboarding, customer administration, and claims processes for voluntary products while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for onboarding, customer administration, claims, and policyholder services
- Manage project reporting, system testing, and vendor communication regarding complex claims
- Monitor vendor metrics and evaluate actions to enhance delivery capability and improve customer experience
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in Supplemental Health claims preferred
- Strong communication and partnership skills
