Job Summary

A company is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator VISTA.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit volunteers for hunger non-profit partners and HFA volunteer roles
• Develop corporate volunteering offerings and prospect new corporate contacts
• Organize the annual MLK Serve-a-thon, engaging 500+ volunteers in hunger-related service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must reside within a commutable distance to NYC (approximately 50-mile radius)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Pass a national service criminal history check
• Hold valid citizenship status (US Citizen, US National, or lawful permanent resident)
• Experience in volunteering or recruitment is a plus
