A company is looking for a Representative II, Volunteer Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute volunteer programs to enhance engagement and retention strategies
• Conduct volunteer needs assessments and align goals with stakeholder needs
• Facilitate volunteer training and recognition efforts while managing volunteer scheduling

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of volunteer programs and policies preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications
• Field travel responsibilities within the region may be required
