Connecting passionate volunteers to transformative experiences, the full-time hourly Volunteer Engagement Specialist will manage global partnerships, oversee trip logistics, and support volunteers throughout their journey in a remote role based in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international teams and volunteer trip leaders to ensure successful program delivery
• Manage and grow partnerships with corporate groups, universities, and affiliated organizations
• Oversee trip planning details including itineraries, budgets, and resources while providing ongoing support to volunteers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of related experience in program, volunteer, or project management
• Experience in volunteer programs or project management within a global context
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with logistics, budgeting, and travel coordination
