Volunteer Engagement Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor in Volunteer Engagement who can reside anywhere but must work in East/Central Time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of staff and volunteers
• Identify and implement strategies to engage a sufficient pool of volunteers to meet operational goals
• Coordinate training and implement recognition programs to ensure compliance and maintain a stable volunteer base

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience
• At least one year of supervisory experience of staff or volunteers
• Computer knowledge and high level of professionalism required
• Preferred knowledge of group dynamics and negotiation skills
