Volunteer Enrollment Specialist
Job Summary
To support the creation of Big/Little relationships, the part-time Volunteer Enrollment Specialist will conduct virtual interviews with prospective volunteers, document assessments, and collaborate with enrollment coordinators to facilitate the matching process, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess volunteers through virtual interviews
- Document information obtained during the assessment and maintain accurate records
- Coach interested volunteers to prepare them for participation in the program
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with one or more years of applicable work experience, associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience, or high school diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Availability to work part-time, including evenings
- Access to reliable internet and phone connections for remote work
- Familiarity with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
