Volunteer Mentor for ReFED

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mentor for its Mentorship Program (Volunteer).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in a virtual mentoring relationship with one ReFED staff member
• Participate in approximately one meeting per month, led by the mentee
• Facilitate thoughtful, goal-oriented conversations focused on learning and professional development

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8-10+ years of professional experience, or equivalent experience
• Prior mentoring experience is welcome but not required
• Experience leading, influencing, or developing others
• Reflective, curious, and open to diverse perspectives
• Ability to commit approximately one hour per month consistently
