Volunteer Program Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Volunteer Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with volunteer engagement and operational support for virtual program events, including training sessions
• Contribute to the creation of newsletters and assist with mentor cohort matching
• Provide administrative support for Women Techmakers initiatives and maintain training materials in the Learning Management System (LMS)

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with volunteers and students in a nonprofit or education setting
• Experience coordinating projects or programs, particularly in a virtual setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a fully-remote team
• Familiarity with handling mentor data and understanding data privacy requirements
• Comfortable working with diverse communities and cultures
