Job Summary

A company is looking for a Volunteer QA Tester for the JOL Mobile App.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing user flows to test core features like course navigation and account management
• Conducting media testing to ensure video and audio playback functions across various connection speeds
• Identifying bugs and filing clear reports in Asana, along with performing regression testing

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with mobile app testing (iOS or Android) and structured QA processes
• Strong attention to detail to identify UI inconsistencies and document bugs accurately
• Familiarity with task management tools, preferably Asana
• Diversity of hardware, including various iPhone models and Android devices
• A passion for technology and improving user experience
