Volunteer Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing volunteer initiative, the part-time Specialist, Volunteer Recruitment will execute outreach strategies, manage volunteer info sessions, and facilitate recruitment communications, all while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Research and post volunteer opportunities to drive awareness and applications
• Manage logistics for volunteer info sessions and support recruitment events
• Draft and tailor recruitment communications to engage and move candidates through the application pipeline

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience
• Experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or community outreach
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience with digital tools, including Google Workspace and social media platforms
