Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and transcribe phone interviews to assess volunteer applicants for motivation and program fit
• Manage and track confidential volunteer data using Salesforce and other tools
• Provide guidance and customer service to applicants throughout the screening process

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in nonprofits, customer service, communications, or related fields
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Minimum typing speed of 40-60 WPM for transcription tasks
• Interest in social impact, youth development, and education
