Job Summary

- Conduct and transcribe phone interviews to assess volunteer applicants for motivation and program fit
- Manage and track confidential volunteer data using Salesforce and Outlook
- Provide excellent customer service and guidance to applicants throughout the intake process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two to three years of professional experience in nonprofits, customer service, or related fields
- Ability to work independently in remote settings with strong organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Typing speed of 40 - 60 WPM for transcription tasks
- Interest in social impact, youth development, and educational opportunities
