Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum two to three years of professional experience in nonprofits, customer service, or related fields
  • Ability to work independently in remote settings with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Typing speed of 40 - 60 WPM for transcription tasks
  • Interest in social impact, youth development, and educational opportunities
