Vonage API Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vonage API Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate course content for technical accuracy
• Provide context and real-world examples where needed
• Record screencasts demonstrating key API workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Vonage APIs, including Messaging, Video, Voice, Network, and AI Studio
• Experience with REST APIs and authentication methods (OAuth, JWT)
• Hands-on experience building or integrating Vonage API solutions
• Familiarity with Vonage SDKs and developer tools (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.)
• Knowledge of CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) concepts
