Voter Contact Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the organization and execution of voter contact programs, the full-time temporary Voter Contact Analyst will manage voter contact platforms and datasets while collaborating with various teams to enhance voter engagement through outreach initiatives, concluding on December 15th, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a peer-to-peer texting platform for outreach to When We All Vote's audience
• Collaborate with the Communications team to create effective messaging for target audiences
• Maintain datasets for various voter contact methods and assist in reporting to demonstrate program impact

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a nonprofit or political environment supporting data management or digital campaigns
• Experience with peer-to-peer texting platforms, event sign-up platforms, and CRMs
• Proficiency in forms tools and spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
