A company is looking for a Voter Contact Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Ground Truth voter contact strategies, managing four Ground Truth organizers
• Develop and maintain systems for voter contact tactics, collaborating with external partners and cross-functional teams
• Oversee recruitment planning for voter contact initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience, including at least 2 cycles of electoral organizing experience
• Experience training and supervising full-time organizers in an electoral context
• Deep knowledge of voter contact tactics such as canvassing and phone banking
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with organizing tools and technology used in electoral campaigns
