Voter Protection Deputy Director

Job Summary

Experienced in voter protection, the full-time remote Voter Protection Deputy Director will manage voter protection activities across multiple states, ensuring access to the ballot and supporting voter turnout initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Track and develop voter protection efforts, including early voting, mail-in ballot utilization, and election day protection
• Collaborate with the field team to oversee ballot chase and cure efforts
• Maintain reporting on legal and legislative activities impacting election access in priority states

Required qualifications

• At least two cycles of experience in a voter protection role or experience in election law
• Experience producing briefing materials and tracking legal and legislative activity
• Proven ability to develop voter protection plans using field and paid communications strategies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while prioritizing effectively
• Experience working across campaign departments
