Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in a global Accounting or Controller function in a complex, multi-entity environment
• Strong technical accounting judgment, particularly in IFRS and global payroll operations
• Experience with automation and modern finance capabilities, preferably with NetSuite
• Proven ability to lead teams through transformation and influence cross-functional leaders
• Experience in high-growth, recurring-revenue business environments
