Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Business Solutions Product Management (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation efforts across the underwriting value chain
• Serve as a strategic partner and thought leader for the Product Management team
• Establish and run efficient practices using Agile and Product Operating Model frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA preferred
• 5-10+ years in a leadership position
• 5-10+ years of experience leading prior transformation projects
• 5-10+ years of experience leading Product Owners or Product Management functions
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Underwriting, or related roles
