Job Summary
Leading the Client Services division, the remote VP Client Services will develop and implement a solution-oriented strategy for healthcare IT services, ensuring high-quality support and customer satisfaction while managing operational and commercial aspects of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Drive services transformation and develop strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction in North America
- Manage Support Services operations and P&L, focusing on performance metrics and maximizing revenue growth
- Lead organizational change and improvement initiatives to enhance implementation and support processes
Required qualifications
- BA Degree in Business, Applied Science, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Healthcare IT Implementation and Technical Support
- PMP Certification and/or expertise in managing complex Healthcare IT projects
- Deep understanding of After Sales Processes for Services and the North American Healthcare IT marketplace
- Proven track record in driving organizational transformation and leading large teams effectively
