Job Summary

Leading the Client Services division, the remote VP Client Services will develop and implement a solution-oriented strategy for healthcare IT services, ensuring high-quality support and customer satisfaction while managing operational and commercial aspects of the business.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive services transformation and develop strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction in North America
  • Manage Support Services operations and P&L, focusing on performance metrics and maximizing revenue growth
  • Lead organizational change and improvement initiatives to enhance implementation and support processes
Required qualifications
  • BA Degree in Business, Applied Science, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Healthcare IT Implementation and Technical Support
  • PMP Certification and/or expertise in managing complex Healthcare IT projects
  • Deep understanding of After Sales Processes for Services and the North American Healthcare IT marketplace
  • Proven track record in driving organizational transformation and leading large teams effectively
