• Lead a specialized client portfolio of healthcare clients representing the TTEC Engage solution set
• Develop short and long-term business strategies aligned with client needs and market trends
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth and exceptional client service

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of business leadership experience in the customer experience industry
• In-depth knowledge of patient and member experience with healthcare clients
• Proven success serving large, complex Fortune 500 clients in a fast-paced environment
• Experience influencing, managing, and collaborating within matrix organizations
• Demonstrated ability to optimize service delivery in a large-scale, distributed environment
