VP Clinical Operations Transformation

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of clinical workflows, the full-time remote VP Clinical Operations Transformation will manage programs that enhance radiologist performance, oversee analytics to measure impact, and collaborate with various departments to align initiatives with enterprise strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Owns and operates programs that transform radiologist workflows from conception to results
• Partners with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Technology teams to ensure program alignment and adoption
• Designs and manages the Physician Performance Management program, measuring and incentivizing physician performance across multiple metrics

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, analytics, or strategy within a multi-site healthcare organization
• Working knowledge of clinical operations data ecosystems, including worklist, RIS, billing, and scheduling systems
• Hands-on fluency in performance analytics, financial modeling, and metric design
• Proven ability to influence physicians and senior leaders while leading high-performing cross-functional teams
