Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Construction Management and Tenant Coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage estimating, construction, and tenant coordination team members on retail assets
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to delivery
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in estimating, construction, and tenant coordination in commercial real estate retail
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Extensive experience working with national retail tenants
  • Proficiency in CAD, Bluebeam, Office 365, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Ability to navigate through the permitting and construction inspection process independently
