VP Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP / Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting and reporting for a publicly traded technology company
• Oversee GL accounting, payroll, equity, AP, AR, revenue, SEC reporting, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams on financial operations and facilitate sales by providing guidance on deal structure

Qualifications/Experience:

• B.S or Masters in Accounting
• CPA Required
• 15 years of related experience
• Experience with Oracle a plus
• Broad knowledge of the field with strong leadership and technical accounting skills
