Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Corporate Controller - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer financial accounting management plans and processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC requirements, and Sarbanes Oxley
• Coordinate external financial audit, analyze results, and implement recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Master's Degree a plus
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• 8+ years of progressive experience with increasing responsibilities
• 3-5 years of large accelerated filer publicly traded company experience preferred
• Healthcare experience is advantageous
