Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Corporate Processing (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise the Corporate Processing Team, focusing on employee development and training
Monitor team performance to ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and company standards
Assist onboarding branches with training needs and transition processes

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential mortgage processing
Previous Team Lead or Management experience
Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
Experience with Encompass preferred
