Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Major Area Lead - Customer Excellence Group (Strat Tech, TMT & SI).
Key Responsibilities
- Owns the overall success, renewal, and growth for all customers in the Strategic Tech, TMT, & SI Major Area
- Drives alignment of customer success and expert services to accelerate business value
- Builds and nurtures C-level relationships across accounts to solidify partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading a large, high-growth organization in software solutions
- Proven market experience within Strategic Tech, TMT, & SI
- Demonstrated success in building a Services or Customer Engagement function
- Experience in enterprise software and customer success roles
- Proven operational skills and ability to navigate a collaborative environment
