Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Major Area Lead - Customer Excellence Group (Strat Tech, TMT & SI).
Key Responsibilities
- Owns the overall success, renewal, and growth for all customers in the Strategic Tech, TMT, & SI Major Area
- Drives alignment of customer success and expert services to enhance business value for customers
- Builds and nurtures C-level relationships to solidify partnerships and create a consistent customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in a leadership position within Strategic Tech, TMT, & SI
- Proven track record in building and growing high-performance organizations
- Experience in enterprise software and customer engagement functions
- Strong operational skills and ability to navigate a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption and satisfaction
