Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP - Customer Financial Services and Patient Access Services /Front End Rev Cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop long-range strategic plan for patient access services and front-end revenue cycle activities
• Create and manage annual operating budgets for each area of responsibility
• Coordinate protocols for scheduling clinical services and implement strategic plans for process improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Certification preferred
• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) and FHAM Designation
• Member of HFMA, HIMSS, and NAHAM preferred
