Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP Customer Success to ensure customer engagement, success, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, expand, and mentor a high-performing Customer Success organization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and deliver outcomes demonstrating ROI
- Architect the customer success organization to scale and develop account plans resulting in upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a Customer Success (or similar) role, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations
- Experience identifying patterns in customer behavior or responsiveness that indicate early warning signals of churn or advocacy
- Experience building and managing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Software development, SaaS, and technical experience and ability to speak to technical customers in their language
- A track record of developing and mentoring great talent, and building and motivating high-achieving teams
