VP Delivery Management

Job Summary

Leading the Delivery Management function, the remote VP Delivery Management will oversee project delivery, establish governance frameworks, and drive operational excellence while managing a team of Delivery Managers and Program Managers to ensure high-quality client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Delivery Management organization, including Delivery Managers and Program Managers
• Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies across client engagements
• Drive consistent execution practices to improve delivery quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in consulting, professional services, or cloud technology organizations
• Proven experience managing large delivery portfolios with accountability for client outcomes and financial performance
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery models and resource management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or related program management certifications preferred
