Job Summary

Leading the advancement of HR technology and AI strategy, the full-time remote VP Employee Experience Technology will shape the digital employee experience, manage a strategic HR technology team, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while driving innovation and integration across HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own and advance HR's technology and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and governance standards
• Architect a cohesive digital employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring solutions are intuitive and scalable
• Lead and manage the HR product management and system analyst teams, establishing clear priorities and performance outcomes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in leading technology initiatives, preferably in HR Technology solutions
• 5+ years of product management experience focused on enterprise-scale technology solutions
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing technology product teams and system analysts
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 for corporate use
