Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering (Apps & Solutions).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI-native engineering transformation and drive the adoption of innovative methodologies
• Build and scale a world-class engineering organization, managing a team of 50+ engineers
• Set the technical vision and engineering standards aligned with business objectives and product roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience in AI-native delivery and deploying AI-assisted engineering workflows
• Proven track record in scaling engineering organizations and delivering complex SaaS products
• Deep technical knowledge in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and full-stack development
• Experience in regulated data environments such as HIPAA or PIPEDA
