Job Summary

VP Engineering, Data & CCIP is a full-time role responsible for leading Data Products and CCIP teams, focusing on scaling critical infrastructure for decentralized finance and cross-chain interoperability while ensuring high standards of system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale and evolve a high-performing engineering organization while adapting team structures for growth
• Define and drive architecture for mission-critical systems with strict uptime and reliability requirements
• Establish engineering standards and practices to enhance system design quality and operational rigor

Required Qualifications

• Experience scaling an engineering organization of 60+ engineers through growth and restructuring
• Proven ownership of production systems with 99.99%+ uptime in challenging environments
• Ability to make impactful architectural decisions under real-world constraints
• Deep technical fluency in distributed data systems and their performance trade-offs
• Clear understanding of blockchain technology and engagement with crypto ecosystems
