VP Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial strategies
• Prepare financial reports for executive team and board of directors, conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, and support M&A activities
• Collaborate with department heads, optimize capital allocation, identify revenue enhancement opportunities, and drive cost management initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience in managing infrastructure projects and technology implementations
