Job Summary
Leading the financial analytics strategy for a national pharmacy consulting practice, the full-time remote VP Financial Analytics Leader will manage a team of actuaries and analysts, drive innovation in financial modeling, and serve as a strategic advisor to internal leadership and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the national financial analytics team to support growth and innovation
- Define and evolve financial models and tools aligned with emerging PBM pricing structures
- Drive innovation in financial analytics by enhancing proprietary tools for improved insights and scalability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, or a related analytical discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Actuarial designation (ASA, FSA, MAAA) preferred, or equivalent experience in healthcare financial strategy
- 10+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit consulting or related healthcare financial analysis roles
- Deep expertise in PBM financial models and industry trends
- Strong technical proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with familiarity in data visualization tools
