Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years' experience leading customer success teams
- Experience supporting technical SaaS solutions in the Payroll/HR/EoR space
- Proven success building highly engaged, high-performing teams
- Experience managing dispersed and/or remote teams
- Highly analytical and results-oriented with a strong foundation of integrity
