Key Responsibilities

• Lead global in vitro scientific operations and ensure high-quality execution of studies
• Oversee operational workflows, including study design, resource planning, and reporting
• Identify opportunities for platform expansion and partner with scientific leaders for integration

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in cancer biology, immunology, pharmacology, molecular/cell biology, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in oncology/immunology preclinical research with expertise in in vitro assays
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing scientific teams across multiple global sites
• Demonstrated track record in CRO scientific operations and client data delivery requirements
• Extensive experience in designing and interpreting mechanistic in vitro assays and imaging-based platforms
