Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key advisor to the CFO and lead the global Tax team
• Develop and manage global tax functions, including planning, compliance, and reporting
• Oversee federal, state, and international income tax reporting and compliance functions

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in global corporate tax
• Degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent license expected
• Industry experience in global ecommerce or Internet sectors
• Outstanding business acumen and leadership skills
