Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Go-To-Market Strategy / VP of Revenue Operations & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own GTM strategy across Sales, Implementation, and Account Management
  • Define ICPs, segmentation, buyer personas, and GTM motions
  • Build a scalable revenue operating model and compensation structures
Required Qualifications
  • Experience owning or heavily influencing GTM strategy in fintech, payments, or complex B2B2C SaaS
  • Background building revenue systems, processes, and motions in high-growth environments
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering
  • Ability to bring clarity, structure, and scalability to fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Enterprise-level GTM experience preferred
