VP, Group Products
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership, the full-time remote VP, Group Products will drive market intelligence analysis, product strategy and development, and life-cycle management of non-medical insurance products including Disability, Absence, and Life while collaborating with senior leaders to enhance product innovation and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee new product development and ongoing management for non-medical insurance products
- Drive portfolio-level decision-making by integrating financial performance with customer needs
- Prepare business rationales and present recommendations to executives for new products and initiatives
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of Group Benefits experience including product development and/or management
- 5+ years of managerial experience influencing senior management and stakeholders
- Proven experience in building and executing product roadmaps
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Deep knowledge of Group Protection Absence, PFML, and Statutory products
