VP HOA Banking Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of HOA banking services, the full-time VP HOA Banking Manager will develop and manage banking relationships with homeowners associations and property management companies, focusing on client retention and portfolio expansion in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new banking relationships while managing an assigned portfolio to achieve goals for deposit growth and relationship profitability
• Conduct proactive client outreach to understand banking needs and present tailored solutions throughout the client lifecycle
• Coordinate internal resources to support client onboarding, treasury management implementation, and ongoing service requests

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, portfolio management, or commercial banking, preferably in HOA/community association banking
• Experience with deposit products and treasury management services
• Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
