A company is looking for a VP, HR Technology Partnerships & Enrollment Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage partnership strategy with HCM and Benefits Technology partners
Direct Enrollment Services function to maximize enrollment opportunities for voluntary benefits
Collaborate with various teams and cultivate relationships with distribution networks

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Group Insurance, with 5+ years leading Benefits Technology and/or Enrollment partnership teams
5+ years of experience with Third-Party Platforms like HCMs, TPAs, Benefit Admin, Enrollment or Benefits Marketplaces
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
