Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, HR Technology Partnerships & Enrollment Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage partnership strategy with HCM and Benefits Technology partners
  • Direct Enrollment Services function to maximize enrollment opportunities for voluntary benefits
  • Collaborate with various teams and cultivate relationships with distribution networks

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Group Insurance, with 5+ years leading Benefits Technology and/or Enrollment partnership teams
  • 5+ years of experience with Third-Party Platforms like HCMs, TPAs, Benefit Admin, Enrollment or Benefits Marketplaces
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
