Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Investment Accounting - Financial Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting for the company's consolidated investment portfolio, including SEC filings and internal analysis
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and statutory principles
- Manage investment accounting reporting governance and team activities, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of accounting or auditing experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- Advanced experience in GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
