Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Investment Accounting - Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial reporting for the company's consolidated investment portfolio, including SEC filings and internal analysis
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and statutory principles
  • Manage investment accounting reporting governance and team activities, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years of accounting or auditing experience
  • 10+ years of leadership experience
  • Advanced experience in GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
