VP Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Marketing or CMO to lead the marketing team and drive growth in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct, coach, and support the marketing team to achieve growth targets
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies, with a focus on direct-to-consumer digital marketplaces
• Oversee the sales and marketing strategy for various channels, including D2C, B2B, affiliates, and partnerships

Qualifications:

• Experience growing a B2C company with revenues ranging from $5MM to $20M+
• Background in consumer goods, supplements, alternative medicine, retail, organics, or wellness
• Proven expertise in D2C digital marketplaces, eCommerce, and performance media acquisition
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team
• Degree or higher education level
