Job Summary

Leading model performance initiatives, the full-time VP Model Monitoring & Performance will design and implement a robust monitoring framework for commercial rating models, establish a commercial data foundation, and translate performance insights into actionable strategies, with the possibility of remote work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a production-grade monitoring framework for all commercial rating models
• Set direction for the commercial data foundation, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams
• Convert performance data into executive-ready narratives that inform business decisions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in insurance analytics, actuarial, data science, or model performance functions with leadership experience
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in AI-native workflows
• Proficiency in at least one major data visualization platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong data architecture instincts and experience navigating fragmented data environments
• Demonstrated ability to direct multiple concurrent workstreams and communicate technical data effectively
