Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement provider network and contract strategies
• Direct preparation and negotiations of provider contracts
• Provide oversight of Provider Network Administration for accurate claims payment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Services Administration, or related field
• 10+ years progressive experience in Healthcare Administration, Managed Care, or Provider Services
• Experience managing employees
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to changes
• Superior interpretation and research skills for problem resolution
