Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer success strategies and KPIs to drive revenue growth
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality project delivery and operational efficiency
- Establish strong client relationships and serve as the ultimate backstop for client issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Account Management and customer success leadership
- At least 5 years in senior leadership or executive roles overseeing technical programs
- Proven experience in managing complex technical programs and scaling operations
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, operations, or technology preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
