Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies and KPIs to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality project delivery and operational efficiency
  • Establish strong client relationships and serve as the ultimate backstop for client issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Account Management and customer success leadership
  • At least 5 years in senior leadership or executive roles overseeing technical programs
  • Proven experience in managing complex technical programs and scaling operations
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, operations, or technology preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
