Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Account Management to lead and scale a high-performing team while driving operational excellence and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, focusing on account health and sales velocity
- Oversee operations to enhance the Account Executive tech stack and standardize processes
- Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and synthesize feedback to inform company strategies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B account management or similar roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions
- Experience managing revenue portfolios of $50M+ and improving Net Revenue Retention
- Expertise in Customer Success and Account Management functions
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with complex contract negotiations over $1M
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus
