Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Advisor Channel Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the advisor channel strategy for wholesaling retirement plan services to financial advisors
• Develop and manage a balanced pipeline through advisor relationships and traditional prospecting methods
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure a seamless experience for advisors and plan sponsors

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, with a preference for those familiar with retirement plans
• Strong understanding of defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans, including ERISA regulations
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for managing activities and opportunities
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Interest in pursuing ASPPA QPFC, QPFA, or QKA designations is a plus
