Job Summary
VP of Advisor Enablement is a full-time, salaried position responsible for building relationships with advisors, helping them identify opportunities within their practice, and consulting on how to integrate an AI-powered platform into their services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with advisors and serve as their primary resource for the platform
- Consult on practice management and assist advisors in identifying plan sponsor opportunities
- Track conversion outcomes to enhance advisor engagement and refine strategy
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years of experience working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) in sales, enablement, or account management
- Strong understanding of how advisors operate their practices and grow retirement plan business
- Consultative approach with a focus on changing advisor perspectives rather than simply selling a product
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly
- Genuine interest in AI and its impact on the advisory profession
